Hey, I’m Scott, a pregnancy & postpartum athleticism coach, strength expert, and former Air Force veteran with over 20 years of experience in coaching and human performance. I’ve worked with college athletes, busy moms, and high-performing women who want to feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies—without extreme diets, endless cardio, or training methods that don’t fit their life.
Scott has a gift for coaching women in a way that makes them feel seen, heard, and empowered.
As a dad of three, a coach, and an athlete myself, I know firsthand that fitness has to be realistic, sustainable, and built around YOU—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
